Facebook has emerged to become one of the most important platforms today. However, more than serving our personal purposes, and allowing us to share the various moments of our day-to-day life, Facebook also assumes an important humanitarian role. Safety Check is one of Facebook's options to be more than what it is. The safety button's name allows Facebook users to notify family and friends almost instantly of their status if they find themselves in a disaster-stricken location.

As you've probably already seen the button is activated when a catastrophe. Occurs and locates the user - through the city listed on the social network's profile, recent updates of locations in applications and the city Buy Email Database where they are using the internet -, to see if this located in an affected area. If yes, the user immediately receives a notification asking if he/she is ok. However, since then Facebook has been looking to improve this feature.
